Working process and extrusion principle
The well mixed and micro crushed materials first get into the arch breaking feeder to be processed. When working, the feeder continuously and evenly send the materials in arch breaking feeder to double shaft differential speed conditioner to be mixed. At the same time, the preconditioner is also added in continuous, even and measurable steam, water and other liquid  additives.
After certain time of conditioning, materials get into the feeding section of the extruder assembly and begin to the extrusion process. The materials get in though feeding section. The main effect of the feeding section is to send the materials to rubbing area and begin initial compression of the materials.  In rubbing area, after strong mixing and shearing effect,materials gradually get curing or melted. After entering the final curing section, pressure and temperature get further higher, and materials get further curing, the starch gets more gelatinated. Fat and protein change the properties, texture gets homogenized and forms into amorphous texture, finally the materials are extruded out and cut into needed shape through discharging assembly.

The three areas of the extrusion assembly can be adjusted accordingly based on the production requirement. The transport effect of the screw pushes the materials flow the whole extrusion cavity. Mechanical energy produced by rotation of the screws turns into thermal energy due to friction of the materials and each part of the extruder as well as the inner friction of the materials. The rotating speed of the screws are adjustable so we can adjust extrusion strength based on processing requirements in working process and then control the density and curing degree of the products.
When the materials are extruded and get though the holes at the end of the machine cavity, the dough shape materials are processed into certain shape. Due to gigantic pushing and mixing effect of the screws in the cavity, the materials form certain pressure and temperature inside. After extruded from the die hole or the sudden evaporation of the moisture in the materials will cause large inflation or the loss of small moisture will cause weak inflation. This can be realized by strictly controlling all kinds of operation parameters based on product requirement.
When producing products with low density, relying on the composing characteristics of the materials and all the conditions used in extrusion process, the materials will have large degree of inflation and keep corresponding shape and size.

When producing products with high density, relying on the blow-off opening and all kinds of conditions(including increase of moisture, lowering extruded strength and temperature etc) used in the extrusion process, the products will not produce large degree of inflation.
